Following the end of the 20th century, by far the bloodiest in human history, the international community of nations came together and adopted a treaty creating the world's first independent, collective and extra-judicial International Criminal Court (ICC) of justice, based in the Hague, the Netherlands- the European Union.
This new International Criminal Court now has the mandate to investigate, bring to trial and prosecute individuals who have been accused of committing international war crimes, crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity.
The statute creating the court was adopted at an international convention in Rome, Italy on July 17, 1998. 120 countries voted to adopt the treaty. By December 31, 2000, 139 countries eventually became signatories. After ratification on April 11, 2002, the ICC's tribunal jurisdiction commenced and came into force on July 1, 2002. In February 2003, the court's Assembly of States (ICC's governing body) elected the court's 18 judges, and in April 2003,
its first chief prosecutor.
US President Bill Clinton signed the court's treaty in December 2000, but un-elected US President George W Bush nullified (unsigned) the treaty in May 2002. Since then, the USA has bribed and bullied over 30 countries to help cripple and, if possible, destroy the ICC. On September 20, 2002, the illegal and dictatorial US Bush Administration issued its blueprint for global 'full spectrum dominance' and ceaseless military interventions throughout the world in its comprehensive policy statement entitled, "the National Security Strategy of the United States".
The United States of America has a long history of committing international war crimes, killing millions of innocent civilians and openly flouting international law. The USA has consistently violated the Geneva Conventions, the principles of the Nuremberg Charter and the spirit and intent of the UN Declaration of Human Rights. America is today the chief sponsor of international aggression and terrorism, the prime instigator of genocide, murder and torture worldwide, and is, by all definitions, the planet's #1 rouge/outlaw nation (with Israel trailing not far behind).
The American plutocracy (rule by the rich) has cruelly abused the world with genocidal campaigns of state terrorism for well over 100 years. Among some of the nations it has carried out its brutal campaigns on include; the American Indians, the Phillipines, Japan (Hiroshima and Nagasaki), Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Chile and Columbia, Yugoslavia, and most recently, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Regarding the nation of Iraq alone, we have the American slaughter of between 100,000-200,000 Iraqis during the 1991 Gulf War, the genocide of up to 2 million innocent Iraqi men, women and children who perished during the 1990's due to economic sanctions imposed upon that country by the USA and Israel, and now today, the systematic murder of up to 50,000 Iraqi's by US forces in the current US-Israeli war against Iraq.
The United States of America, as well as the rouge terrorist 'sparta' nation of Israel- on behalf of international jewish interests abroad (predominantly in Europe)- have BOTH committed numerous war crimes against peace, international war crimes and crimes against humanity. Both nations are murderous, dictatorial, nationalist, fascist, military police state regimes of darkness and EVIL- completely anti-thetical to the formation and establishment of a New International Order of peace, security and justice on Earth.
With the International Criminal Court now in place at the Hague, it is time for nations throughout the world to organize national 'people's tribunals' and collectively submit state proclaimations calling for the immediate arrest, detainment, prosecution and punishment of past and present US and Israeli administration officials.
On behalf of the international community, America and Israel must be reigned in, overthrown (by force if necessary) and punished in the interests of defending, preserving and protecting all life on Earth, as well as securing the continuity of human civilization for future generations to come.
